Work not started yet.  Proposed a science city and Snake park in 2009-10. Work not started yet.  Handedover 5 acres of land at the heart of the city to Saraff group for a commercial complex in 2008-09 in throughaway prises. Work not started yet.   Proposed an indoor stadium in the city in 2009. Work not started yet.   Proposed a Ring Road in 2005-06. Till date it is nowhere in the scene.   Several times discussed about Sweage system. Work not started yet.   Proposed a multi-storied parking in 2009-10.
